Michael Samm assisted us in purchasing a building in the Peterson Park neighborhood in Chicago. First, his firm, Keller Williams, referred us to a mortgage broker who very expeditiously processed our loan and enabled us to take advantage of a dip in interest rates, around the first of the year, that saved us thousands of dollars. Secondly, at our building, we needed to renovate the downstairs basement to make it a rentable apartment. Mike gave us referrals to both a window contractor and a general contractor that did extensive high-quality work in at extremely reasonable cost. After closing, we found that the seller had left trash in the attic, which we had not noticed before. Normally, when something like this happens, you're just stuck. Mike worked with our attorney to get us a small refund. Mike considers you his clients well after he has received his percentage from closing. I would go back to Mike any time.
